You’ve asked several times over and now it is here - an advanced Sourdough Workshop, focused on enriched dough’s and shaping. This Workshop is best suited for participants who have previously taken my Rustic Sourdough Workshop. In this workshop, we will make, shape, and bake the following: Sourdough French Loaves, Sourdough Sweet Rolls, Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Focaccia, Sourdough Chocolate Babka. Participants will receive a packet of McKibbon Hollow Recipes, resources, and several demonstrations of how to make these staples from scratch.
