My newest kitchen obsession is all things fermentation! In addition to being excellent for your gut, these foods and beverages are flavor powerhouses. We will go over the process of making the following ferments in your home kitchen: Kombucha, Ginger Bug & Natural Fruit Sodas, Milk Kefir and Fermented Ginger Honey. Participants will receive a packet of McKibbon Hollow Recipes, resources, and several demonstrations of how to make these staples from scratch.
