Each Boule is made by hand, with our small-batch sourdough fermentation process. Select your favorite of our three options: Rustic Boule, Rustic Parm Boule, Rustic Parm & Parsley Boule.

Rustic Boule: Made with three simple ingredients - Flour, Salt & Water. The wild-yeast Sourdough starter ferments the dough for 12-14 hours. It comes in a round shape, due to the baking vessel, and is a great addition for any meal.

Rustic Parm Boule: A twist on our Rustic Sourdough Boule, this bread is baked with only all-white bread flour and is topped with Parmesan cheese right before bake.  It's made with our wild-yeast sourdough starter and given a 12-14 hour ferment.

Ingredients: Unbleached Bread Flour, Sourdough Starter, Salt, Water, Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, potato starch, corn starch, dextrose and calcium sulfate added to prevent caking, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor). CONTAINS: MILK).

Rustic Parm & Parsley Boule: Fresh Parsley & Parmesan Cheese is added to the dough prior to the bake, resulting in a delicious addition to your meal.
