Culleoka Sourdough Bagels

​Our Sourdough Bagels are made with our Culleoka-grown wild yeast starter only; no commercial yeast in these babies. Made with simple flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil and our sourdough starter, these bagels take a bath in baking soda and have an egg wash prior to bake. Bagels are good for several days, and are best toasted after day two (if they last that long!). Keep them covered to prevent them from drying out. 

Sourdough Bagels have the following flavors to choose from:

  • Everything Bagels (made with Everything Bagel Seasoning (Garlic, Poppy Seed, Salt, Onion, Sesame Seed, Sunflower Oil, and Natural Flavor)

  • Cinnamon Crunch Bagels (brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon)

  • Plain Bagels (egg wash only)

  • Chocolate Bagels (cocoa powder, semi-sweet chocolate chips (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Butterfat (Milk), Soy Lecithin (An Emulsifier), Vanilla Extract), brown sugar, cinnamon

  • Honey Blueberry Bagels (Blueberries, Lemon Zest, Brown Sugar, Honey Vanilla Extract, McKibbon Hollow Raw Honey)

  • Fresh Milled Rye Bagels (fresh milled rye berries, organic caraway seeds, molasses/sorghum)

  • Roasted Garlic & Parm (roasted garlic cloves, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder)

Base Ingredients: Unbleached Bread Flour, Kosher Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Water, Culleoka Sourdough Starter​
