Fresh Milled Organic Sandwich Bread

You haven’t had whole grain, whole wheat bread like this - trust me. Hard White Wheat Berries and Hard Red Wheat Berries are freshly milled prior to making this dough, for the freshest, hardiest sandwich bread. Using fresh milled flour results in the most nutrious whole grain bread - I do not sift out any of the bran/germ - so you are getting WHOLE grain flavor with all the vitamins and minerals that come with it! The result is a soft sandwich loaf, with a sweet whole grain flavor, due to the Raw Honey in the recipe.

Please note that this item uses commerical yeast to leaven the dough, not my wild-yeast sourdough starter.
