Sourdough Brownies

These are AWARD-WINNING Sourdough Brownies, courtesy of my youngest. He won the 3rd place ribbon at the Maury County Fair in 2021 (he was 6 years old at the time), with this brownie recipe. Most folks don’t understand the buzz behind the humble brownie, but if you’ve never tried the delectable combination of Sourdough & Chocolate, you are missing out. Remedy that with a pan of these brownies for your next get together!

Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Culleoka Sourdough Starter, Eggs, Cocoa Powder, McKibbon Hollow Honey Vanilla Extract, Unbleached All Purpose Flour, Canola Oil, Cinnamon, Salt, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Butterfat (Milk), Soy Lecithin (An Emulsifier), Vanilla Extract), Sel de Guerande Salt.
