Come join us for two exciting workshops on homemade BREAD hosted by the Sweetwater Farm Store in Culleoka, TN!
Rustic Sourdough Workshop
Wednesday, 2/18/26 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Ticket required, $75.00
Sourdough should be for every kitchen; I believe this with my whole heart. It took me a year to figure out how to bake sourdough regularly for my family & simplify the process. And, I want to share with you what I’ve learned over the last 6 years in baking & loving all things Sourdough. The workshop is a hands-on demonstration - we make my customer favorite, the Rustic Sourdough Boule, and I walk you through each step of the process. Your workshop will include a packet of information on all things sourdough starters as well as some of my favorite sourdough recipes & resources. Participants will take home some of my active sourdough starter, Miss Doughlene.
Fresh Milled Grains Workshop
Wednesday, 2/25/26 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Ticket required, $75.00
Let's talk REAL whole wheat flour; did you know that freshly milled flour provides 40 out of the 44 essential vitamins and minerals needed to survive? Join me for discussion on all things wheat berries, grain mills, and how to incorporate them into your country kitchen! This is a foundational workshop - we will go over all the introductory elements of incorporating freshly milled flour into your baking. Participants will get a packet of resources and recipes, and a demonstration on grinding grain. And, of course, we will enjoy baked goods made from my Fresh Milled product line, so you’ll get to taste the difference of using fresh milled flour.
Both workshops are held at Sweetwater Farm Store at 2436 Campbells Station Road, Culleoka, TN 38451. Tickets are purchased for EACH workshop - you can take just one workshop or both. Please message mckibbonhollow@gmail.com if you have any questions.
