I only offer this cut honeycomb if the frames are filled out beautifully and capped in a light white beeswax, so it’s a treated to have a limited quantity back in stock. Cut straight from the frame, this raw, unpasteurized honey is produced right here at the McKibbon Hollow Apiary. This rustic cut honeycomb can be used to enhance any cheese board or you can spread it directly on a toasted slice of our Rustic Sourdough Boule. No two cut combs are alike, given the variation in color and flavor of our raw honey. The bees are lovingly cared for through natural, chemical-free practices in Culleoka, Tennessee.
Three different options this year:
Rustic Cut Comb: honeycomb cut straight from the frame, stored in a half pint mason jar.
Tiny Bites Cut Comb: smaller chunks of comb cut straight from the frame, stored in a pint jar.
Honey Filled Cut Comb: honeycomb cut straight from the frame, stored in a half pint jar filled with raw honey.
Do not feed to infants under one year old.
