Friday, 11/7/25 at 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
One of our favorite family traditions is PIE DAY. I am too tired after making the big Thanksgiving meal to ALSO make all the pies I want for my favorite holiday, so I invented Pie Day. It’s the day after the big meal, where I just bake pies all day long and we watch Christmas movies and build puzzles and eat pie throughout the day. It’s fantastic and I want to share the magic with you, too.
In this workshop, we will go over how to make my favorite pie crusts from scratch (fresh milled pie crust, sourdough pie crust, and biscoff cookie pie crust), and bake several pies together. Participants will prepare a pie to take home to bake, as well as receive a packet of my favorite Pie Day recipes from over the years.
And, as always, we will enjoy these from scratch baked goods over tea & coffee.
Before you reserve your seat, please note:
This workshop runs longer than my others due to the baking process for each of these pies. Be sure to plan accordingly.
Given that the nature of these workshops will focus heavily on instruction, I will not have childcare available for your little ones. Please make alternative arrangements for your children, so you can participate fully in the workshop.
This is a ticketed event. You must purchase your seat in advance, so that I can prepare enough materials and freshly baked treats.
All workshops must have a minimum of 4 attendees for the workshop to run. If the workshop is canceled due to attendance, you will be notified and refunded in full.
If you decide to cancel anytime within 48 hours of the workshop, I am unable to offer a refund due to the amount of prep required from these workshops and your seat.
The week of the workshop, if you want to move your seat to a different workshop on a different date, there’s a $25 Workshop Change Fee. I’ll send you a link to pay the fee, and sign you up for the new date.
Make sure to use an email you check frequently upon payment, as all details regarding the workshop will be sent there. An email with final details will be sent the week of your workshop.
We do have a dog in the home, please be aware in case of allergies. He will be crated during our workshop, as he is loving but still a very excitable puppy!
