Sourdough Sweet Rolls

One of our most popular menu items at the Bread Basket, these are a perfect addition to your brunch table for your gathering of your favorite people and a warm cup of coffee. Made with our wild-yeast Culleoka Sourdough Starter and our homemade McKibbon Hollow Honey Vanilla Extract, these rolls have an overnight ferment, to get just the right sourdough flavor to balance the fillings.

Base Ingredients: Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, Culleoka Sourdough Starter, Whole Milk (or Buttermilk), McKibbon Hollow Honey Vanilla Extract, Eggs, Sugar, Cinnamon, Butter
